HOMESTEAD RULES

• It is forbidden to use the services, items, and objects of the Service Provider that are not rented out. The services provided are listed in the Order-Agreement, which is signed by both parties prior to the arrival at the Holiday Home;
• It is forbidden to smoke, consume alcohol drinks, except for water, bring fragile items, and eat food or snacks in the jacuzzi and bathhouse. Before you step into the jacuzzi or enter the bathhouse, you must wash yourself. Children under 18 years of age, pregnant women, or persons with health problems should not use the jacuzzi and bathhouse;
• It is prohibited to destroy, break, or otherwise damage the Property in the Holiday Home or using it for any other purpose than intended;
• The arrival and/or staying of a larger number of people than specified in the Order-Agreement without the permission of the Service Provider is prohibited, unless the Parties agree otherwise in a separate written agreement;
• Children’s playground - house, trampoline, swings for children from 3 to 11 years of age, obstacle course for children from 7 to 14 years of age and under parental supervision only;
• It is forbidden to bring food or snacks to sport courts and children’s playgrounds as well as to the beach, also to consume alcohol or drinks other than water, it is also prohibited to bring fragile items and to smoke;
• It is forbidden to play and be on the sport courts without special sports footwear. Sports equipment and other inventory may only be used for their intended purpose;
• Smoking in the buildings of the Holiday Home is prohibited;
• It is forbidden to intentionally and maliciously litter in the territory of the Holiday Home, litter can be thrown only in trash cans, all litter must be taken away when leaving;
• It is strictly forbidden to bring pets without the prior written permission of the Service Provider. Guests who bring their pet with the written permission of the service provider must make sure that it would not disturb the other guests, lie on beds or soil the territory of the Holiday Home;
• It is forbidden to swim in water bodies, use a boat or a kayak in the dark, while being drunk or otherwise intoxicated. Compliance with water body safety rules is mandatory;
• It is forbidden to bring indoor furniture, bedsheets or other items (except for towels, outdoor plaids, glasses, dishes, and other items used outdoors during the summer season), equipment that may be damaged when brought outside - without the express permission of the Service Provider;
• It is prohibited to bring tents, outdoor pools, deck chairs, terraces, scenes or other temporary structures, barbecues or other cooking equipment into the territory of the Holiday Home without the express written permission of the Service Provider;

• • It is prohibited to fire or detonate fireworks, firecrackers, outdoor lanterns, other flammable or explosive materials in the territory of the Holiday Home without the express written permission of the Service Provider;
  • Vehicles may only be parked at locations designated by the Service Provider, while maintaining a safe distance from water bodies;
  • Camp fires may be lit only in the places specified by the Service Provider - fireplaces, do not leave the fire unattended, place firewood only in designated areas away from the fire, do not create any kind of fire in the forest;
  • All possible accidents and their consequences that may occur within or outside the Holiday Home (inside the house, in the yard, sports courts and playgrounds, on a swing, in the playhouse, obstacle course, jacuzzi, bathhouse, etc.), as well as while swimming in the pond, using a boat or kayak are the sole responsibility of guests.
  • When using musical instruments or sound recording equipment, observe the permissible volume levels set by the hygiene norms. Quiet hours at the holiday home are from 10pm to 8am;
  • The customer is responsible for the quality of the food he brings;
  • Children are not allowed to swim, fish, play by the water, create fire or play near it without supervision of their parents or adults;
  • It is imperative to use electrical appliances properly, prevent their use by children, and not to leave electrical appliances unattended;
  • Do not leave any objects on the ground outside, as lawn mowing robots can damage them, the owners of the holiday home will not assume any liability;
  • It is forbidden for guests of the holiday home to touch, switch or otherwise interfere with lawn mowing robots, lawn mowing robots may cause injury;
  • During fishing, the rule is - CATCH & RELEASE, i.e. the fish must be released back into the water. Fishermen must keep their fishing spot clean;
  • Be careful not to endanger the life or health of yourself and other guests.
  • It is prohibited to bring into the territory of the Holiday Home and/or use narcotic and/or psychotropic substances.
  • In case of violation of these rules, the Customer or its guests arriving to the Holiday Home shall pay a fine of 200 (two hundred) euros to the Service Provider for each violation and compensate other losses not covered by the paid fine.
